DefentriGuard is a brand of Defentri IT Solutions ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

When you contact us or request an assessment, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, organization, organization type and size, and your message. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, as allowed under Section 12 of the DPA.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as our website host and form-processing provider) and, where you engage our services, with our technology partners as needed to deliver them, under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose data when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete it.

We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Your rights
Under the DPA you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, to damages, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
